Yoga Massage Ayurvedic
Therapist Karen Bello attends in our Studio with Yoga Ayurvedic Massage, on Thursdays from 3 pm to 9 pm.
The technique combines traditional Indian massage with the Yiengar Yoga philosophy, using slips, tractions, stretches and pressures with the hands and feet.
The massage works on all muscles and joints and is performed with vegetable oils and a powder with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. Client and therapist are active agents in the process.
Benefits for breathing, circulation and vital energy. Relieves tensions, stress and enables a process of transformation of the individual's relationship with the world.
